Return and refund policies
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Antank provides free return within 30 days, counting from the date of delivery of tracking information.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
1.Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return (any product shipped to us without return authorization will be returned to the customer at their expense).
2.We will reply to you via email to confirm product status. It is the customer's responsibility to help provide the information we need (picture). Then we will give the return instructions and the return number.
3.Ship your unused products in their original packaging to the address specified in our email.
4.Note: Antank will only bear the return freight if the return is for defective products, inaccurately described products or incorrect orders. Whether the product is defective depends on the information provided by the customer (picture).
Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: After returning a product, when will I see a refund in my account?
A: After receiving and checking your returned product, your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that refunds will be subject to the PayPal policy used for payment.
Other Terms and Conditions
Once the package has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled. When the product arrives, the buyer arranges the return shipping costs at his own expense and sends the tracking number back to us via email. If the buyer decides to reject the package,
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions. If you dispose of packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive the return.
"Limits of Responsibility"
We take no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. Though you still can email us for assistance on repairing or replacing components.
"Price and/or Description Changes"
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in Antank store are not refundable.

Prices and availability of products are also subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, we will issue an immediate refund.
