Shipping Policy

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We will process your order as soon as we receive it. And due to the current situation, the processing time may need a working day, which is not included in the transportation time.

Q: What if I provide an error/I want to change the shipping address?
If you find it incorrect or want to make a change before you receive a shipping confirmation notice. Please leave us a message as soon as possible so that we can correct the address or cancel the order. Please contact us immediately:
If the package has been shipped, we will send you the carrier information as soon as possible. You can then contact them to relocate the correct address. If it can't be changed, we have to wait until the package is returned before we can make a refund. We are not responsible for refunds or replacement of packages if they are not successfully returned to the sender.

Q: When will my package arrive?
If it is pre-ordered or delayed with stock, your package will be shipped first.
Delivery takes 7-15 days (depending on your location) from the date your order is processed.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: Once your order leaves the warehouse near your location, you will receive A notification email with tracking information.

Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?

First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
